By purchasing and using Duskz products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase or use our products.
2. Product Description
Duskz provides external software tools for Roblox. Our products are delivered as digital downloads with license keys for activation.
- Duskz Standard: Basic external features
- Duskz Premium: Advanced external features with priority support
- Alt Accounts: Fresh Roblox accounts (when available)
3. License and Usage
Upon purchase, you receive a non-transferable license to use Duskz. You agree to:
- Use the product for personal use only
- Not share, resell, or distribute your license key
- Not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the software
- Use the product at your own risk
4. Account Security
IMPORTANT: Using external tools on Roblox may result in account bans. By purchasing Duskz, you acknowledge that:
- You use this product at your own risk
- We cannot guarantee your account will not be banned
- We are not responsible for any consequences to your Roblox account
- No refunds will be given for account bans
5. Payment and Delivery
All payments are processed through our payment provider (Shoppy.gg). Upon successful payment:
- You will receive your license key via email immediately
- Download links are provided in the purchase confirmation
- All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy
6. Updates and Support
We provide regular updates to maintain functionality. Support is available through our Discord server. We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue features at any time
- Update the software as needed for security or compatibility
- Provide support at our discretion
7. Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- Share your license key with others
- Use Duskz for commercial purposes
- Attempt to crack, bypass, or remove license verification
- Use the product to harm others or violate any laws
- Resell or redistribute our products
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your license at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination:
- Your access to Duskz will be revoked
- No refund will be provided
- You must cease all use of the product
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Duskz is provided "AS IS" without any warranties. We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Compatibility with all systems or games
- That the product will remain undetected
- Any specific results or outcomes
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Duskz and its operators shall not be liable for:
- Any damages arising from use of our products
- Loss of Roblox accounts or items
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Any losses exceeding the amount paid for the product
11. Age Restriction
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase Duskz products. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of Duskz after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
